This Exhibitor Kit is designed to provide you with all logistical, registration, shipping, and on-site details to ensure a smooth and successful exhibiting experience.

Exhibit Hall Location: Salon A-E

Each exhibiting company will be provided with (unless otherwise stated in your sponsorship
package):
• One (1) 6-foot draped table
• Two (2) chairs

If you require additional furnishings, electrical, or special accommodations, please notify SNACC in advance so arrangements can be made.

As long as your shipment has a completed FedEx or UPS shipping label, you may place labeled boxes on top of or next to your exhibit table for outbound shipping.

• Rate: $185 per night

The form emailed to you contains the following (Please email form back to the email address listed on the form):
• Shipping Instructions, including how you label your boxes.
• Shipping and handling costs at the hotel
• How to do your return shipment
• How to order any electrical needs

7. Registration & Marketing Information

Exhibitor Registration
Your exhibit package includes two (2) complimentary registrations (unless otherwise stated in your sponsorship package).

Logo Submission
Please submit your company logo as soon as possible so it may be included in SNACC marketing materials and social media promotions.
