GENERAL

1. When is the SNACC 2024 Annual Meeting?
September 12 – 14, 2024 at the Denver, Colorado, United States

2. What time zone is used for the sessions times listed?
US MDT, the time zone in Denver, Colorado, USA, is used for the times listed on the Schedule.

3. What if I cannot attend in person?
There will be opportunities to access recordings of the in-person content after the event. Please allow until the end of September for recorded content to be available. Information on how to access the content will be emailed to all event registrants. A Recordings Only registration option is available. In addition to recordings made available after the event, Recordings Only registrants may participate in the Abstract Sessions Friday, September 13 and Saturday, September 14.

4. How many continuing education credits can I earn by participating in the SNACC Annual Meeting?

REGISTRATION

1. How do I register?
Learn more about registration options and how to select the options that best fit your goals for participating in the SNACC Annual Meeting by visiting the Registration page.

2. What is included in my registration package?

– Friday and Saturday lunch and refreshment breaks
– Educational sessions presented by experts in the field (unless noted as a separate ticket)
– Exhibit Hall access during all show hours
– Networking with colleagues from around the world

3. How much does registration cost?

4. Can I bring a guest to the in-person conference?
Everyone participating in the Annual Meeting activities at the Grand Hyatt must purchase an event registration. Annual Meeting registrants may purchase additional tickets to bring guests to the SNACC Opening Reception and/or the Social Fundraiser. Tickets to these activities are limited and are expected to sell out quickly. Social Fundraiser participants must be 21 or older to enter the venue.

5. Can I decide to attend in-person at the last minute and complete my registration in Denver?
Yes, you may decide to register onsite in Denver. Pre-event registration will close on August 28. Any registrations after August 28 will be processed onsite in Denver and will be charged at the Onsite rate. Please note that tickets for activities requiring an additional fee may sell out quickly and may not be available for purchase onsite.

6. How do I transfer or cancel my registration?
If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please submit a cancellation request in writing to info@snacc.org. Requests received by August 28 will be eligible for an 80% refund. After August 28, cancellation requests may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of SNACC. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Your funds will be returned via the same method you paid for your registration. Once issued, refunds may take 7 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement. If you paid by check/bank transfer/wire, please allow up to 120 days for a refund.
