The mission of the Society for Neuroscience in Anesthesiology and Critical Care (SNACC) is to advance the art and science of the care of the neurologically impaired patient through education, training and research in perioperative neuroscience. SNACC seeks to strengthen relationships and encourage collaboration between organizations across the globe with a common focus on neuroanesthesia and perioperative neuroscience.
We welcome our peer academic or non-profit organizations focusing on neuroanesthesia and perioperative neuroscience to discuss formal affiliation with SNACC. SNACC seeks to support similarly focused organizations through two categories of affiliation, Global Partner and Affiliated Organizations. Our Global Partners are generally larger, well-established organizations with substantial overlap in focus and purpose with SNACC, and who provide access to a group of individuals with similar academic and clinical focus. These organizations provide active members with discounted registration rates for annual meetings and conferences. Our Affiliated Organizations have a similar focus to SNACC and are similarly valued peer organizations, but may be smaller, newly established, have less overlap in focus/purpose and/or have substantial overlap in membership with an existing SNACC global partner. SNACC welcomes applications to both categories.
