Geisinger Health System is seeking a BC/BE, fellowship training or equivalently experienced Neuro-anesthesiologist to join its growing Division of Anesthesiology, consisting of 27 anesthesiologists and 5 pain physicians. This position is located at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania.

• Unique opportunity to work within the Geisinger Neurosciences Institute, the Brain Tumor Institute and the Division of Anesthesiology
• Provide care for patients undergoing surgical procedures for intracranial and spinal pathology
• Opportunities for clinical and basic research in brain protection, brain and spinal cord monitoring, and physiologic changes associated with anesthesia through Geisinger’s Henry Hood Center for Health Research
• Advanced technologies include digital EEG, somatosensory and motor-evoked potentials, brainstem auditory-evoked responses, transcranial doppler, and 20 MHz doppler
